In Loving Memory of Our Pickleball Family

Welcome to the Greater Oklahoma City Pickleball Club’s Memorial Page. This is a space to honor and celebrate the lives of the dear friends and fellow players we’ve lost. Their presence, laughter, and love for the game made our community stronger, and their memory continues to live on — both on and off the courts.

A Tradition of Tribute

As part of our commitment to remembering those who helped shape our club, we will recognize each of them with gratitude at our Annual Meeting. This page will remain a lasting tribute — a place where we can return to reflect, remember, and feel connected to those who are no longer with us, but forever part of our pickleball family.

  1. Ron was one of the first players I met when I joined the club. His kindness was truly overwhelming, and I deeply appreciated his willingness to take the time to instruct a rookie like me. He was even generous enough to give me his old paddle—my very first—which made those early days on the court all the more special.
